Monsters Inside

We all have times in our lives when our measly monsters within rear their ugly heads.  It’s natural and normal.  How we react to our monsters is what helps us move forward and not get sucked in to their monstrous mumblings.

Everyone has different ways of dealing with their monsters.  Mine involve turning them into special characters so that I can…

  • recognise them when they appear
  • mentally say hello
  • use my comical imagery of them to begin counteracting their effect(s) and making progress

Here, for their first public appearance, let me present my Monsters Inside 😉

So those are mine.  Named and placed in the spotlight.  What about yours?
