5 Books: Food For Thought

I often turn to books for inspiration. Different perspectives, opinions and ways of presenting ideas. Food for mind, body and soul.

Over the past few months, to help me move forward with personal and business aspirations, I turned to some new ones and a couple of oldies to get those creative juices flowing.

Create The Future by Jeremy Gutsche. I was inspired to buy this book following one of Jeremy’s webinars. Disruptive thinking and innovation presented with style and substance.

Danny The Champion of the World by Roald Dahl. Read this as a child. Danny and his Dad’s ingenious triumph over the greedy, arrogant Victor Hazell still makes me smile.

Thank You For Being Late by Thomas L Freidman. The irony isn’t lost on me that I decided to read this 2016 book in 2020. Love this exploration of the tech explosion and human adaptation. Lifelong learning is the key.

The Good Psycopath’s Guide To Success by Dr Kevin Dutton and Andy McNab. Recommended to me by a friend many years ago, I returned to this book because of its mixture of research creds and full on bravado.

The Million Dollar Blog by Natasha Courtenay-Smith. Given to me by a pal this has been a pivotal read for me. Not quite finished it yet. Enjoying every page and putting the tips into practice.

Not sure what the list says about me 🙂 What I can say is these books helped me when I was a bit lost and they helped inspire some cunning plans!
